Olga Clees holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from LSF Luxembourg and brings over 15 years of international business experience across finance, entrepreneurship, hospitality, and real estate. After living 25 years in Luxembourg , she decided to move to Spain where sunshine is 360 days a year. Olga has always combined her passion for business with a strong sense of style, design, and client experience. Throughout her career, she successfully managed several entrepreneurial ventures, including a children’s fashion boutique and an online organic food platform, before fully focusing on the Spanish real estate market in 2020. Driven by her passion for architecture, Mediterranean living, and property investment, Olga founded the real estate platform cleesestate.com in 2022 and later established the real estate investment company Be Dose Alma in 2023. Her entrepreneurial background, combined with her financial expertise and eye for aesthetics, allows her to guide clients with both strategic insight and personal dedication. Maurice VogelMaurice Vogel is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of international business experience. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1989 in the Netherlands, building a successful company specialized in fencing systems, automation, access control, and security solutions. Driven by an international vision and strong business instinct, Maurice expanded his activities to China in 2003, where he established direct import operations for fencing components to the Dutch market. His company continued to grow successfully and was acquired by Ruigrok Nederland in 2009, where Maurice remained involved as shareholder and strategic partner until 2019. Under his leadership and vision, the company grew into one of the leading players in its sector. In 2020, Maurice moved to Spain to pursue a new chapter focused on Mediterranean living, real estate, and hospitality. Together with Olga and Jozephina, he successfully developed several holiday rental and renovation projects, including Be Dose Alma and Dormir del Mar, combining property investment with lifestyle-driven hospitality concepts. At Clees & Vogel Real Estate, Maurice combines his entrepreneurial background, negotiation skills, and international experience with a personal and client-focused approach. Jozephina VogelWith a background in Commercial Economics, Jozephina Vogel has built extensive experience across the financial sector, automotive industry, and recruitment & selection. Her international business mindset, combined with strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people, makes her a valued part of Clees & Vogel Real Estate.Together with Maurice and Olga, she also played an important role in the successful development of hospitality and rental concepts such as Be Dose Alma and Dormir del Mar, gaining valuable experience in customer service, lifestyle hospitality, and international client relations.
